What can I do on the Self Service Website?

You can view the current status of your order including items ordered and estimated availability and delivery times and track your delivery. You can also:

  • reauthorise your credit card or update your credit card details
  • change your email address
  • change your delivery or billing address
  • change iPod personalisation
  • cancel your order or an item from your order
  • reprint an invoice
  • view your gift card and balance

  • Modifyable details are marked with an edit button hyperlink.

What does my order status message mean?

Partially Shipped:
Part of your order has left our warehouse. We often send orders in multiple shipments so that you'll have your products as quickly as possible. The rest of your order will ship as soon as it's ready.

We've shipped your order to you. If you haven't received it yet, you can track your shipment from the order status page. If you need to return your order after you receive it, please contact Apple Store Customer Service.

Action Required:
We're having trouble processing your order because it is missing important information. Please contact us to provide the necessary information and complete the order.

All the items in your order have been fullfilled. If you haven't received your order yet, you can track your status on the Self Service website. If you need to return your order after you receive it, please follow the simple return instructions on our Self Service website or contact Apple Store Customer Service.

Your order has been cancelled. We invite you to place a new order at Apple Store Online or call Apple Store Customer Service.

Text Notifications:
In addition to email notifications, you can request text message updates in Checkout. We’ll text you when your items have shipped or are ready for pickup in store. Texts are sent between 6:00am and 10:00pm in your time zone.
