What is an Apple Solutions Consultant?
Apple Solutions Consultants (ASCs) are Apple-trained
sales assistants who are on-hand at
selected stores across Australia to give expert advice
and support on all aspects of the Mac platform
from printer, camcorder and camera compatibility to Mac
OS X transitioning and cross-platform networking.
Apple Solutions Consultants are dedicated in-store resources who live and breathe the Mac platform and who are geared up to share their vast knowledge with you. Whether you are switching to the Mac for the first time or you have 20 years experience of using Apple products, when you enter one of the stores listed on the right, you should ensure that touching base with an ASC is your first priority.
Why did Apple create the ASC programme?
At Apple, we know better than anyone how fast the IT industry moves. We also understand that technology can sometimes inspire
the kind of dread usually reserved for the scariest of horror movies. Which is one reason why we aim to make sure that all
