There are over 100,000 channels of Podcasts available for free on iTunes NOW. From crazy animations, to learning Spanish, to out-there comedy sketches, to - well you get the idea… There’s even an education category which features lectures from top universities around the world. It’s a great place to get ideas for your Podcast.
Don’t spend too much time making your first Podcast. Do it quickly. This way your Podcast will be current. If you spend 3 days making your Podcast about a topical issue, you will render your Podcast ancient history.

Apple has placed an iMac desktop, a MacBook laptop and a USB mike with your campus radio station. These are loaded with all the software you need to create your Podcast from start to finish. Talk to your campus radio station about when and how you can access this equipment to make your Podcast!
They will also be able to help you upload your Podcast to your campus radio website and publish it to the world! Their key staff have been trained by Apple professionals on how to make Podcasts. They will have some tips and tricks to share too.
