You will be working in our new service centre in Moonee Ponds, and unlike most service centres it's bright, clean and fronts the vibrant and busy Puckle Street shopping strip.

Our trading hours are Monday to Friday 10am-6pm. Saturday 10-2pm.

- - Apple Certified Desktop/Portable Technician.

- - Sound Mac knowledge with good communication skills.
- - Be organised and able to work well under pressure.

An opportunity for a Professional Services Engineer has become available in the Mac1 Group. This is a newly created position as the Group expands its operation in Sydney. Mac 1 is a premium Apple reseller specializing in Apple computers, iPods and iPhones. The Group consists of 8 stores located through the Eastern States.
This position will be responsible for providing services and solutions to our customers predominantly in the Sydney region.
Responsibilities of this position will include:
- Delivering services in accordance with Service Level Agreements and Statements of Work.
- Evaluating and Testing solutions
- Performing diagnostic tests
- Accurately completing documentation
- Developing technical solutions for Business and Education customers.
Ideal candidates will have the following attributes
- Good problem solving skills
- A familiarity with MacOS X, Windows and Unix
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Current drivers license
