Integrated conform process
The audio conform process takes advantage of seamless
round-tripping between Soundtrack Pro
and Final Cut Pro. Just send your project from Final Cut Pro to
Soundtrack Pro. After you change the picture edit, send the project to Soundtrack
Pro again. Then the Conform feature can analyse both versions to detect
changes.
Viewing proposed changes
Instantly view the changed areas in an interface that combines a visual “map” and a worklist. The map consists of a mini-Timeline that highlights different parts of the edit. View the original project, the incoming changes, or the resulting project. In the worklist, changes are intelligently grouped by type. Soundtrack Pro analyses the changes and provides confidence ratings to help you quickly identify and accept low-risk changes.
Accepting, rejecting, or modifying changes
Audition and choose which changes to accept, reject or modify on an event-by-event basis or accept all changes at once. When you accept a change, Soundtrack Pro repositions the audio clip to synchronise with the picture change or removes the clip if it is no longer needed.
