How do I qualify for the Rebate?
- Purchase and take possession of a qualifying Apple Macintosh computer and a qualifying iPod from 16 January 2007 to 16 April 2007.
- Products must be purchased by a qualifying end user with the Apple Education Individual discount to obtain this promotional offer.
- Qualifying products must be purchased together on the same sales receipt from the online Apple Store for Education Individuals, from Apple Telesales or through an Apple Authorised Campus Reseller. - You must submit your claim within 30 days of receipt of your products.

Higher Education individuals:
- Faculty or staff member of a public or private Higher Education Institution in Australia
- Student currently attending or accepted into a public or private Higher Education Institution in Australia
- Parent purchasing on behalf of their child who is a student currently attending or accepted into public or private Higher Education Institution in Australia
K12 Education individuals :
- Employees of public or private K-12 institutions in the Australia
- School Board members who are currently serving as elected or appointed members
- PTA or PTO executives currently serving as elected or appointed officers
- Qualified homeschools
- Employees of a public or private, profit or non-profit preschool
What are the qualifying Mac and iPods?
This offer is available only on purchases of new products. Refurbished products are ineligible. The products listed below are eligible for a rebate through offer. Products not listed in this chart are ineligible for a rebate. Configure to Order (CTO) versions of these products are eligible. Personalised iPods are eligible.

I purchased a product that will not ship until after the promotion. Do I still qualify for the rebate?
Yes, if you purchased or pre-ordered the eligible product within the promotion period and on the same receipt.
If my products are on the same sales order but are shipped on different dates with two separate receipts, will I still qualify?
Yes. If multiple receipts have the same sales order or Web order number, they satisfy the same-day and same-receipt requirement. You must submit both receipts. You must submit the rebate within 30 days of receipt of the last product to arrive. .
If I ordered a qualifying Mac before the promotion announcement and it hasnt shipped can I add an iPod to the same order and qualify for the promotion?
No - you must order your qualifying products between 16 January and 16 April 2007.
If I buy my Mac at the Apple Online Education Individual Store before the promotion announcement, can I return it so that I can repurchase with a qualifying iPod to participate in the promotion?
No. The qualifying products must have been originally purchased on the same day, between 16 January and 16 April 2007.
If I am applying for more than one Apple rebate related to the purchase of my Apple computer, what do I need to do if each one calls for an original UPC label?
If you qualify for more than one Apple promotion that requires you to submit the computer UPC label, you may use the original computer UPC label for one of the claims and make photocopies for the others. Please indicate which promotion contains the original computer UPC label.
Do I have to cut out the entire UPC Label? Where do I find the UPC labels on the packaging? How will I recognise them?
Yes, you must cut out the entire label, including the part number with bar code, the serial number with bar code, the product description and all the layers of cardboard and/or plastic backing. The UPC label may be located anywhere on the outside of the box.

If I exchange one of my qualifying products on the original sales receipt at a later date, will I still qualify for the rebate?
Yes, if you meet all the following requirements:
- The qualifying products must have been originally purchased on the same day.
- The exchange for purchased or pre-ordered products must occur within the rebate promotion period, from 16 January through to 16 April 2007.
- The products must still qualify for the promotion.
- You must submit both your original receipt and your exchange receipt with your rebate claim, within 30 days of the exchange date.
How do I obtain my rebate cheque?
You can download the rebate coupon from the Apple Promotions Page at http://www.apple.com.au/promo/ and post the completed coupon, postmarked within 30 days of receipt of product, with the original UPC labels and receipt to the address on the coupon. Copies of UPC labels do not qualify.
How do I check the status of my rebate?
First, please note that per the terms and conditions of this promotion, rebates are normally processed between 6 and 8 weeks. If you haven't received a response within 8 weeks, please email rebates@apple.com.au.
After submitting my rebate documents, I received a rejection letter for not sending the original UPC label. I threw away the product box. Is there anything I can do to still get a rebate?
No. You must provide an original UPC label in order to receive a rebate.
Can this offer be combined with other promotions?
This offer is valid with Apple sponsored promotions that specifically include this offer in their Terms and Conditions. The rebate requests must be submitted together in the same envelope to qualify.

How much time do I have to resubmit a claim after receiving a rejection letter?
