If you have not already purchased a key for QuickTime Pro, please do so first.

Steps To Registering Your Key

Now that you have your QuickTime Pro key to unlock the advanced features of QuickTime Pro, registering it is as easy as 1-2-3. Here are the steps needed to register your key.

1. Open the QuickTime Settings Control Panel

From the Apple Menu or the Finder, open your QuickTime Settings Control Panel and choose Registration from the pop-up menu.

Choose the “Enter Registration...” button from the registration menu.

Note: The QuickTime Settings Control Panel will only be available if you've already installed QuickTime.

2. Enter Your Name and QuickTime Pro Key into the QuickTime Registration Box

Enter your name and QuickTime Pro key in the fields exactly as they appear in the e-mail sent to you. The Organization field is optional.

Be sure not to enter any additional characters or spaces.

Note: QuickTime Pro keys consist of five groups of four characters separated by dashes, and use zeros not Os.

3. Verify The Results

If the information you see in the registration box is correct, then you have successfully registered your QuickTime Pro Key. You are now able to take advantage of all the features of QuickTime Pro.

If the information in the registration box is not correct, repeat step #2.
