I spent 45 minutes on the phone with them, after 2 hours of trying myself -- no good. They even have the supervisor on the line. It wouldn't stay connected, so I returned it. A few weeks later I ordered another one. ( I dreamed of a wireless numeral keypad.) The second one never connected at all. So I returned it also. Neither one worked. Very disappointing.

As far as I am concerned this numeric keypad works perfectly and looks and feels good to go with it. Despite what some say, it works fine on OS X El Capitan, in my case using a Mac Air. I agree with the experience others have had that the Apple OS bluetooth pairing process does not recognize that the keypad is not a full keyboard (as it initially does with two Logitech Bluetooth keyboards I have paired too), and asks you to push keys that are not there, but this is just how the Apple process always works and all you need to do is push any key until the advice that the device is not recognized appears and then allows it to be set to a US default setting as prompted. Also, the keypad was fully recognized by my Windows PC immediately, and thus can be used on both operating systems. I hope other buyers are not put off by the many negative reviews about this product as I nearly was, and I am glad I took the risk and ignored them and favored the more positive comments!

The only issue is that the shift, control, option and command keys on the main keyboard do not work in conjunction with my laptop's main keyboard. I was very disappointed by this because the only reason I got the ten keypad in the first place was to execute Pro Tools quick commands. Other than this problem, I had no issues with the connectivity of the device.

Does the job but quality is missing

It's fine. It does the job. However, they keys are, well, just a bit rough. They feel cheap and the characters printed on it are blurry. Having said all that. I It's fine. It does the job.
