What you need before you call
If you've reviewed the information in the Manage section and still need help with an AppleCare agreement, you can call us. If you need help registering a new agreement, you'll need the AppleCare registration number. You may also need the proof of purchase (sales receipt) and the serial number of the hardware product to be covered. To facilitate your call, explain that you need help registering an AppleCare agreement.
If you need technical support, you'll need the serial number of your Apple hardware product.
