For A$45 inc GST, you may purchase a single-incident of phone support for your iPod, iPhone or iTunes software.

Mac, Apple TV, and Consumer Applications

You may purchase a single-incident of phone support for Mac, Apple TV or consumer applications for A$45 inc GST. Software support includes support for iWork, iLife, Mac OS X, AirPort, Safari, iChat, etc.
