Using the Import Assistant to Transfer Data into Entourage
With the Entourage Import Assistant, you have the ability to transfer data from earlier versions of Entourage, Outlook Express 5, Qualcomm Eudora (4.0 or higher), Apple Mail, Netscape Communicator (4.6x-4.8 only), and Claris Emailer (2.0v3 only).
- Click File on the menu bar and select Import to open the Import Assistant.
- Select Import information from a program.
- Select the email program from which you want to import your data.
- Select the data you'd like to import (e.g. email, calendar, contacts, etc.).
Entourage will automatically detect and import data from the application specified.
