Transferring Data from Outlook 2001 for Mac to Entourage
The PST Import Tool from www.microsoft.com/mac can help you transfer your email, contacts and information saved in Outlook 2001 for Mac to Entourage 2004. The PST Import Tool is not recommended for importing PST data from any source other than Outlook 2001 on Mac.
Before you use the tool, you must export your Outlook 2001 data into the PST file format.
- Open the tool to be presented with the License Agreement. Click Next.
- Click next through the Read Me section.
- Find and select the PST file you wish to import. Click Next.
- Select which data to import (e.g. email, calendar, contacts, etc.). Click Next.
- Click Next to import the data.
