The Apple Education Licensing Program makes it easier to keep your school or institution’s Apple software current and compliant. Coverage is purchased annually, keeping costs consistent year after year, and the new bundle structure allows you to manage against a single expiration date. Each licence renewal provides one year of coverage, including any new releases that may become available during the year.

With this program, you can even include at-home licences for faculty and staff in your total count. Apple software can be distributed through your school’s secured network. A one‑time enrolment fee (10 per cent of the annual purchase price) is required the first year your school or district enrols in the program.

For your school or district

The Mac Software Collection bundles together OSX Mountain Lion, iLife and iWork, making it simple to run this software on every Mac on campus. Licensing the Mac Software Collection for your school requires that you cover 100 per cent of institutionally-owned or leased Mac computers in your installed base. At-home licences for faculty and staff may be included in your total count, at your discretion.
