School Night at the Apple Retail Store

Terms and Conditions

The School Night One to One membership Giveaway (“Giveaway”) shall take place for School Night events scheduled from February 19, 2008 to April 29, 2008. A complimentary, one year One to One membership shall be awarded to every individual (“School Champion”) who first registers his or her K-12 school for participation in School Night at the Apple Retail Store in the U.S., and Canada. Individuals can register a K-12 school for School Night at http://education.apple.com/schoolnights_ca/signup.php. To be eligible for the Giveaway, the School Champion must be 18 years of age, a legal resident of the United States, or Canada, and be a (i) student, (ii) parent or guardian of a student, (iii) teacher or (iv) an employee of the participating school. The prize is a one-year One to One membership (approximate retail value $99) (“Prize”). An individual is eligible to receive only three Prizes during the Giveaway. Winners of the Prize shall be announced at School Night. If a winner is not present, the Prize shall be sent to the address provided on the registration form submitted by the winner. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and assume all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of the Prize. This Giveaway is not open to employees of Apple’s, Apple’s subsidiaries, affiliates, resellers, advertising and promotional agencies or members of their immediate families.
