I can't sign in.
If you have forgotten your password, or are having trouble logging in, you can reset your password by visiting iForgot, Apple's password recovery tool.
If this is your first time placing a photo order, please make sure you have designated a shipping address in your Apple ID account. To check, visit My Info, Apple's profile management tool.
Several factors, such as network traffic or difficulties with your Internet connection or Internet service provider (ISP), may contribute to this problem.
Consider placing the order from a computer at a different location or at a different time of day. Peak ordering hours are between 12:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Central Time.
You may also consider reducing the size of you order. Decreasing the size of your order will reduce transmission time to Apple's servers and therefore reduce the possibility of data loss or corruption. One way to reduce order size is to order fewer prints at one time. Please note: this may increase shipping costs.
If you use a dial-up connection and you want to order a print of a photo that is more than 2 MB in size, you might try reducing the size of the photo before placing the order. Click here to review the minimum picture resolutions for ordering prints. Learn how to reduce the size of digital images.
