Can I choose matte or glossy prints?
Apple Photo Services offers only glossy finish for the following print sizes: 8 x 10", 5 x 7", 4 x 6" and wallets. Images printed larger than 8 x 10" are offered only in matte finish.
Can I add borders to my prints?
Apple Photo Services does not offer the option to add borders to prints at this time.
Can Apple reprocess a previous order?
Apple stores the image files of book, card, and calendar orders for 40 days, and print orders for 20 days, from the date of purchase. We will be unable to reprocess an order on your behalf once the files have been removed from our servers. To ask Apple to reprint a previous order, please email us using the form below.
Note: Reprocessed orders will ship to the same address and be charged to the same credit card listed on the original order.
Can I mix and match items on the same order?
Books, Cards, Calendars:
No. If you want to order several different items, you will need to place a separate order for each unique item. For example, if you want to order one book with a black cover and the same book with a red cover, or you would like to order a card and a calendar, you will need to place two separate orders. However, you can order multiple copies of the exact same book, card, or calendar on a single order.
Prints:
Yes. If you are only ordering prints, you can place multiple copies of the same or different images on one order. Learn how to add different images to one order.
Prints and Books, Cards, Calendars:
No. You cannot place any book, card, or calendar on the same order as prints.
Can I ship an order to multiple recipients at the same time?
If you would like to send your photo order to different addresses, simply create a separate order for each recipient. Please note that shipping charges will apply to each order.
Can I combine my orders to save on shipping?
Apple does not have a way to combine orders. Due to the highly-automated nature of our system it is not possible to make any changes to an order once it has been placed. (You can cancel you order within 90 minutes of placing it; read our Cancellation Policy for more information).
When ordering books with double-sided printing you can include a maximum of 100 pages (50 sheets of paper). The minimum number of pages that can be printed for double-sided books is 20 (10 sheets of paper).
Books with single-sided printing can contain a maximum of 50 pages (50 sheets of paper), and a minimum of 10 pages (10 sheets of paper).
Will my prints arrive in the same sequence as they were submitted?
When you submit an order, your image files are uploaded to Apple's servers. When the lab is ready to print your order, it downloads the images from Apple's servers. During this process, smaller image files typically download more quickly than larger image files. The lab generally prints the pictures in the sequence in which the images finish downloading, which might not be the order in which you submit them. This is common practice among printers of digital photographs.
Can I buy Apple Photo Products in my country?
