Eligibility
To purchase from the Education Institution Purchaser Store, you must be an authorized purchaser of a non-profit educational institution that is provincially accredited and issues diplomas. This includes school districts and their public and separate school systems as well as Boards of Education. Apple reserves complete discretion in making all eligibility determinations. The Institution Purchaser Store is not for individual purchases or resale.

Note: You must complete and submit an Institution Purchaser Enrollment Form in order to access the Education Institution Purchaser Store. For assistance with completing this form, please contact your Apple EdSource representative at 1.800.800.2775.

Terms & Conditions
If your Education Institution has any current purchase agreement with Apple Canada Inc., then the terms and conditions of such agreement shall apply to sales of product. If no such current agreement with Apple Canada Inc. exists, then the terms and conditions published on the Education Institution Purchaser Store shall apply to all orders placed, and the Education Institution shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by placing an order on the Education Institution Purchaser Store.
