Each channel strip is preconfigured in a single, powerful plug-in chain combining Studio Instruments and multiple Studio Effects.

Instrument-based channel strip settings offer incredibly rich, playable sounds. Effect-based channel strip settings speed up common tasks in audio processing, production, mixing, and mastering.

Editing

Craft the perfect sound by adjusting, swapping, or bypassing individual plug-ins within a channel strip setting. You can also save your edited channel strip settings for use in Logic Pro 8 or MainStage.

The Studio Sound Library includes an enormous collection of 1300 pristine-sounding EXS sampled instruments.

Jam Pack Instruments

The EXS instrument collection features 248 sampled instruments from the five Jam Pack collections. Instruments include world-renowned acoustic pianos, studio drum kits, classic basses, and more, providing over 10 gigabytes of incredible sounds to complement any production.

Vintage Synths

The included Xtreme Analog and Xtreme Digital EXS instrument libraries deliver beautifully sampled, classic synth sounds.

Compatibility

Play and process EXS instruments with third-party plug-ins such as Kontakt and Structure. You can also load EXS drum kit instruments into Ultrabeat for creative playback, sequencing, and synthesis options.
