If you own aniPad with cellular, are you able to use the wifi not cellular at a wifi enabled spot

All iPads, whether they include cellular service or not, come with WiFi capabilities built in. If you want to use WiFi rather than cellular data, all you have to do is go into Settings and connect to a WiFi network. Your iPad will automatically connect to the internet through WiFi rather than cellular.

Yes, just like the iPhone the iPad will switch to a WiFi connection when one is available.
