  • Support Coverage

    You are eligible for Boot Camp technical support during your Mac computer's 90-day complimentary support period or for three years with an AppleCare Protection Plan. If you purchased OS X Mountain Lion from the Mac App Store after purchasing your Mac, you are eligible for complimentary support for the first 90 days of product ownership. After that time, support coverage is based on the Mac on which you are using Boot Camp. Depending on your product's coverage, you may need to pay for support. We recommend that you check your coverage before contacting us.
