Terms and Conditions: This programme entitles the purchaser of a qualifying product purchased on or after 21 July 2011 to upgrade to OS X Lion.

• OS X updates, which may currently be downloaded from www.apple.com/cz/or through Software Update, are not included in this programme.
• To receive your OS X Lion upgrade, you must complete the order form and provide an electronic copy of a dated, itemised sales receipt indicating the marketing part number(s) of the qualifying product(s) purchased. Order acknowledgments, packing slips and purchase order copies are not valid.
• Completed order form and dated, itemised sales receipt must be emailed within thirty (30) days of product purchase to qualify for this programme.
• This offer is valid only in Austria, Belgium, Botswana, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Mali, Malta, Mauritius, Macedonia, Madagascar, Moldova, the Netherlands, Niger, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom, and only in accordance with the terms set forth in this document.

• Upon receipt of your completed order form and proof of purchase, a content code for OS X Lion, redeemable on the Mac App Store, will be emailed within twenty-four (24) hours of order qualification.
• Your use of the content codes and the end-user’s use of OS X Lion are governed by the terms and conditions of your agreement(s) with Apple Inc. including but not limited to the licensing terms that accompany the products as well as the terms and conditions for the Mac App Store found at www.apple.com/legal/itunes/ww/. To redeem your content codes, you will need the latest version of the Mac App Store application, an Apple ID and Internet access (fees may apply).
• You can create an Apple ID at http://appleid.apple.com. If your Mac did not come with the Mac App Store application, it is available as a software update for any Mac running OS X Snow Leopard at http://www.apple.com/mac/app-store/.
• Apple is not responsible for lost or stolen content codes.
• Content codes may not be resold and can only be redeemed by people above the minimum age specified by the terms and conditions of the Mac App Store in your country.
• Apple reserves the right to extend the product availability date and the shipment date for any orders under this programme at Apple’s sole discretion, upon notice to you.
• Apple reserves the right to change the terms of this offer at any time without notice.
• Neither Apple nor any of Apple’s agents are responsible for any loss, destruction or theft of your order form or delay in the submission or receipt of your order form.
• Incomplete or illegible order forms will not be accepted.
• Apple is not responsible for electronic duplication errors.
• No returns will be allowed.
