About DevMode Widget
This widget enables the Dashboard Development mode for the current user. Development Mode (a.k.a devmode) allows widgets to move out of the dashboad layer and onto the desktop layer.
According to Apple’s Developer Connection, “Viewing output, making changes, and reloading will be a much smoother process with your widget permanently visible.”
