Black and White
About Black and White
Black and White is a black and white conversion plugin for Aperture. It uses the 3 channel mixer conversion and includes simulated noise and sepia tone sliders.
Note: The plugin is tested and I use it on Aperture 2. It should work on Aperture 3, but is not tested. (I haven’t upgraded yet.) The plugin is Intel only.
The plugin is not freeware, it is licensed under the MIT open source license. The source code is available so you can download the code and build the plugin yourself. A link to the source on github is available on the Company Info page.
What’s New in this Version
- There are new controls. BlackAndWhite now has controls for contrast and brightness. The numeric values of sliders are displayed so it is easier to track changes.

- Mac OS X 10.5 or later
- The plugin is Intel only
