About Hide
I have set-up OS X to start a few applications at when I log-in to my account. Pretty basic stuff. The only problem with that is most of those apps are programs I run minimized and I am too lazy to to minimize them every time I log-in so I created this very basis Automator workflow to do the job.

All you have to do is set it as a log-in item and let it do its thing.
