Aqueiss 2.2.2

About Aqueiss
An Internet and AppleScript access contextual menu. With Aqueiss you can:

- Access URLs conveniently from a contextual menu
- Execute AppleScripts from a contextual menu.
- Group your URLs into any number of named groups you like.
- Add any URLs that take a single search argument.
- Name the items in your menu as you wish.

Aqueiss provides access to the internet from any application that supports contextual menus. With Aqueiss you will be able to open URL’s which accept a single search argument, such as a search site or online dictionary. The value of the argument is supplied either by the current text selection or the contents of the clipboard. In particular you can use Aqueiss for dictionary lookup at online sites and searching text selections on the internet (the default configuration). Or modify it, using System Preferences, to contain any number if URL’s you like, with up to one search or path argument. If the file is an AppleScript (extension “applescript”) it will be executed. If the script contains the replacement pattern it will be substituted with the text selection and then run. The text Aqueiss uses as its “search argument” is usually provided by the application when you control-click on selected text. Some applications do not provide the selected text, and in this case you can have Aqueiss use the contents of the clipboard as an alternative. This latter feature is an option you may specify in the system preference pane for Aqueiss.

What’s New in this Version
- Enhanced the processing of text selections.
- Many more enhancements.
