iTunesShut 4.9.2
About iTunesShut
A utility which allows you to Shut Down, Restart, Sleep, Pause or Quit iTunes after listening to a predetermined number of tracks, length of time, or entire playlist in iTunes. You can optionally have the volume fade out over this period, if desired.
iTunesShut doesn’t affect iTunes’ playback settings; whatever playback mode you’ve chosen in iTunes will be used. So, for example, if you want to play the same track 10 times and then pause iTunes, just set iTunes to “track repeat” and set iTunesShut to 10 songs and Pause iTunes.
- iTunesShut can also add an auto-cue and auto-pause functionality to iTunes.
- Use the Apple Remote to control iTunesShut.
- Use the Screensaver built for iTunesShut to show you graphically how many songs remain to play.
- Tell iTunesShut to wait 5 Min before it takes the selected action. During this period of time you can again play songs in iTunes and iTunesShut will start counting down again.
Whats New in this Version
- Solved issue when iTunes is in “Repeat all” mode iTunesShut didn’t calculated the time correctly. This was because iTunes has now a new abbreviation for the repeat modes.
- The action “Pause iTunes” can also used with the “Delayed Action” feature.
- The “Delayed Action” feature can be used also now with the timer function and with the option “Wait until playlist has finished”.
- For some users the “Delayed Action” didn’t work properly. That is now resolved.
