For researchers who work with real time PCR or microarrays. AlleleID can help you design real time primers and probes for detecting conserved regions, specific regions, SNP detection, gene expression assays and much more. AlleleID can design single template assays, multiplex assays and real time PCR assays and microarrays for aligned sequences. The sequences can be aligned using AlleleID’s built in ClustalW algorithm.

AlleleID supports design of TaqMan probes, molecular beacons, FRET probes, TaqMan MGB probes, MLPA, PamGene arrays, SYBR green and microarray probes. You can also design splice variant arrays for detecting alternative splicing. Using AlleleId, you can also design MLPA probes.

- AlleleID now offers compatibility with Leopard, Mac OS X 10.5. The upgrade also accommodates the latest changes at the mFold and the NCBI BLAST server including support for the latest genomic database.
