About KoriViewer
An interactive user interface for the analysis of the reports produced by the BLAST sequence database search system. It proposes many reports to facilitate the deep and quick exploration of data. KoriViewer is an easy to use software designed for everyday biological sequence database exploration.
Available Features:
- view all Blast data at once using an extended Hit Table Viewer
- find conserved regions using a graphical Hit Summary Viewer
- analyse sequence relationships using Query-Anchored Alignment and Distance Tree Viewers
- analyse diversity with a Taxonomy Browser
- export your data using various formats: text, graphic (Png, Jpg), PDF, alignments, trees, etc.
- read result files produced by the NCBI and EBI Blast facilities (blastp, blastn, blastx, psi-blast, etc.)
- keep open simultaneously several Blast results to analyse and to compare more data quickly
