LoadMyTracks 1.3

About LoadMyTracks
A utility for uploading, downloading, and transcoding GPS data among GPS devices, GPX files, and KML files (for Google Earth). The resulting files can be used in a variety of applications available for the Macintosh, including TrackRunner, TrailRunner, and of course Google Earth.

Use LoadMyTracks to convert GPX files to Google Earth, or use it to download the data from your logging GPS device into a geotagging package to put latitude and longitude on your photos (now recognized by both Aperture and iPhoto).

Or, use LoadMyTracks to take inforamtion from the your favorite geocaching site and load it onto your GPS for fun while you’re exploring the world around you.

GPS devices supported include many from the following manufacturers: Garmin, GlobalSat, Lowrance, Magellan, Sony, Timex, TomTom.

What’s New in this Version
- Support for the GlobalSat DG-100 (and possibly other GlobalSat devices)
- Additional French localization by Patrick Blancheton
- Add Erase… button for devices that don’t have an erase UI (such as the DG-100 and the Timex Datalogger)
- Erase for DG-100 and Timex Data Logger
- Always show serial port names for serial port devices. This makes it more obvious when LoadMyTracks is about to talk to your cell phone instead of your GPS.
- Many more enhancements.
