About Mac Sequence View
Have you ever needed to generate easy to read Quality Reports for your DNA sequencing? Have you ever needed to sort your DNA trace files by quality? Have you ever needed to change the comments tag in your Chromatograms? If so, this software suite is for you.

This bundle includes: Mac Sequence View, which allows you to quickly analyze DNA sequence files by dragging and dropping. Once the report is generated, you can sort the table by clicking the column headers. A link opens the trace file so you can see the 4 color peaks of the chromatogram (helping you to determine if the base calls are correct - or just noise). You can export to a FASTA file, and more!

You also get Sifter, which allows you to quickly sort your DNA sequence files by quality. Simply drag-and-drop a folder full of chromatograms onto the program icon, specify the quality threshold, and the sequences will be sorted into “GOOD” and “BAD” folders.

Finally, this suite comes with ABI Comments Changer. This program allows you to change the comments in your ABI files through batch mode processing. No other program exists for this purpose for either the Mac or the PC.
