About Together
Together (formerly KIT - Keep It Together) lets you keep everything in one place. Text, documents, images, movies, sounds, web pages and bookmarks can all be dragged to Together for safe keeping, tagged, previewed, collected together in different ways and found again instantly.

Just about anything can be dragged to Together’s main window or Shelf. The Shelf is a system-wide window where anything can be dragged and stored in Together’s library; it can also be used to browse and search the library and make quick notes.

Together can create notes, bookmarks and web archives, can edit or preview a number of different file formats, including text documents, PDF files, bookmarks and web archives, and can show previews for even more using Quick Look technology built into Leopard. Items can be edited directly in the main window, in their own tabs or opened in their original applications.

Items can be organized into groups and folders. Folders work just like in the Finder, while groups can collect files from different places together, much like iTunes playlists. Items can be color-coded with labels and tagged. Smart Groups that will do the work of staying organized for you.

Together uses Spotlight to search the contents of all kinds of files as you type. Together can also encrypt documents, imports files in the background to ensure the library is always available and supports multiple libraries. Together can also sync with .Mac.

What’s New in this Version
- Fixed a problem that could cause .Mac sync to fail when replacing from .Macs.
- Fixed a problem that could cause Together the show an alert after the library update and no longer be able to open the library.
- Fixed a problem where the Yojimbo Importer would show no results. To fix this properly, you will need to run the importer again.
- Fixed a problem importing files as links where the files had slashes in their names.
- Fixed problem where deleting an unsaved note could cause Together to quit.
- Fixed a problem where clearing tags from an item doesn’t clear the tags from the file’s Spotlight comment.
- Fixed the positioning of the Shelf’s Quick Look preview when the tab is positioned at the top of the screen.
- Fixed a problem where searching for text in HTML Quick Look previews (e.g. emails) wouldn’t work.
