About DMG Packager
Creating a styled disk image for every new release of your software can be a tedious process. DMG Packager does the whole thing within one easy-to-use GUI application. Create a dmg, manage your product files, set up and preserve the dmg’s Finder window styling, compress it and add a licence agreement - all with a single button-click. You can create a range of presets for different product variants, plus multilingual rich text license agreements.

DMG Packager also has a range of individual tools for creating, compressing and profiling disk images, separate from its main packaging functions.

And it’s not just disk images! You can create zip, tar, tgz and tbz2 archives too.

What’s New in this Version
- New setting enables users on Leopard to create disk images that will mount on Panther systems. (Failure to mount on Panther was due to a change in the dmg partition scheme which was introduced in Tiger and became default in Leopard.) Open the Advanced Options window to set this option.
- Fixed bug which caused crash when creating .tar archives.
