About Find Any File
A file search tool very similar to the Classic Mac OS’ “Find File” (or Sherlock). It searches your local disks for files by name, creation and modification date, size, or type and creator code.

Special features are:
- Can run as root, finding _any_ file, even those not seen by Spotlight.
- Has a new and unique hierarchical view of the found items, making it very easy to browse 100s of results.
- Can save queries and run them again later.

What’s New in this Version
- The hovering tooltip can be disabled
- Dropping a file onto a search criteria inserts the file’s property
- Small text in results can be made larger
- Added option to search remote volumes only
- Less chance of crashing
