About Logtalk
An object-oriented logic programming language that can use most Prolog implementations as a back-end compiler. As a multi-paradigm language, Logtalk includes support for both prototypes and classes, protocols, component-based programming through category-based composition, event-driven programming, and multi-threading programming.
Whats New in this Version
- This release improves support for multi-threading programming, adds support for checking arithmetic expressions for calls to non-portable functions when using the portability compiler flag, updates several Prolog config files, includes new examples, and adds support for generating plain text files from XML documenting files.
- Other changes include bug fixes and improvements to library objects and text editing support. For details and a complete list of changes, please consult the release notes.
