About FootTrack
iPhoto for your digital video. Catalog all your analog and digital video tapes, then easily find the clips you want. Capture and compress your footage to be able to permanently store lower resolution footage on your hard drive.

Whether you are planning a movie or just want to show someone some footage you taped, FootTrack makes it easy to find and keep track of all your footage.

FootTrack works well when used with iMovie or Final Cut Pro/Express. It can generate FCP XML that can be used to recapture original material for editing.

What’s New in this Version
- Added support for using the Elgato Turbo.264 to compress clips.
- CSV (comma separated values) exporter now has a ‘excel compatible’ checkbox.
- Fixed an issue when dragging the very first split clip to iMovie. It would copy the entire movie file instead of just the subclip.
- Fixed a bug where under some circumstances FT would not try and get the timecode from the timecode track when it should have.
- Fixed a bug that under some circumstances generated incorrect in/out points for clips when exporting to FCP XML.
- Fixed a rare bug where tapes could disappear when in demo mode the next time FootTrack was started. They were still in the catalog but were not showing up in the tape viewer.
