Apple 1 to 1 Learning

Florida’s Manatee County School District has implemented Apple 1 to 1 Learning to approximately 5800 students in seven schools. Since the initiative began, the level of student engagement has skyrocketed. Two-thirds of students report they watch less television and spend more time doing homework (and showing their parents learn how to use the iBooks). Ongoing “parent night” gatherings keep families and the community informed of the progress of the 1 to 1 initiative.
