Eligible purchasers
Public K-12, public higher education, community colleges, state and local government agencies, and political subdivisions.
In order for Apple to process your institution's purchase order under the appropriate purchasing contract, you must include the applicable contract number or Apple CCN number on each purchase order. Failure to provide this information may cause fulfillment delays. If you do not know the contract number, you can obtain it from your purchasing department or call 1‑800‑800‑2775 to obtain your account's Apple CCN number.
Alternative agreement options
If your institution is not eligible under the listed agreements or you would like to purchase products not covered by the agreements, please contact Apple Inc directly at 1‑800‑800‑2775 to speak to a representative.
Charter schools and private organizations will require a completed Credit Agreement if requesting a credit terms account. Please fax a completed Credit Agreement to Apple at 1‑800‑590‑0063. Download and print the Credit Agreement

Note: Apple’s Standard Terms Agreement is not available for higher education institutions and state and local government agencies under the State of Arkansas agreement.

Apple’s Standard Terms Agreement is available for HiEd and K12 education customers, community colleges, parishes and local government agencies. State Agencies cannot sign the STA.

All orders must be received on an education institution purchase order. Please include the following information:
- Contract Number of Apple CCN number
- Purchase order number
- Email address
- Product description
- Part number
- Pricing
- Quantity requested
- Total purchase price
- Bill-to address — Must be an education institution address, not a PTO, PTA, or school organization.
- Ship-to address — Must be an education institution address.
- Authorizing signature — Principal, Dean, Purchasing Agent, Accountant, etc. (someone who has the authority to make the purchase).
- Web proposal number — provided by your Sales Team member.
