How do I change or cancel an order?
Due to the highly-automated printing processes that Apple Photo Services uses, it is not possible to change an order once it is placed. However, there is a 90-minute window once you have placed an order during which it can be cancelled.
** Orders can only be cancelled on the Apple Photo Services Order History page, not through an email request. **
If you want to cancel an order (for example, if you notice that your shipping address is incorrect), then you may do so within 90 minutes of placing it by visiting the Apple Photo Services Order History page. After logging in with your Apple ID and password, locate the order you want to cancel, and click "Cancel Order" in the Status column. You will then be asked to confirm your wish to cancel the order. Once you have done so, a cancellation confirmation email will be sent to the email address designated in your Apple ID account.
If you notice your shipping address is incorrect, and are unable to cancel your order before the 90 minute window elapses, your order will be shipped to the address provided. If the carrier is unable to deliver your order to the address provided, they will return the package to Apple. If you have not received your shipment after the last estimated delivery date for the product you ordered, please contact us using the form below so that we may replace your order, or issue a refund.
Please note that once 90 minutes has passed, your order cannot be cancelled or changed, and it will be processed.
