Using Photo Descriptions

You can assign a description to any photo in your iPhoto library. This description appears as a photo caption when you add the photo to a web gallery or photo book.

To add a description to a photo:

1. Click a photo in your iPhoto library.
2. Click the Information button (represented by an “i” icon) in the lower-left corner of the iPhoto window to have the Information pane appear.
3. Click the dimmed word “description” and type a description of the photo.
