Online and Apple Mac Specialist (800-908-988)
If my purchase was made through the Apple Online Store or through an Apple Mac Specialist (800-908-988), what date is used as the “purchase date”?For online or phone orders, you are not invoiced until the product ships; therefore, your purchase date is your ship date.
I purchased a product that will not ship until after the promotion. Do I still qualify for the rebate?Yes, if you purchased or pre-ordered the eligible products within the promotion period and on the same receipt. In the event that a qualifying product is ordered during the promotion dates and shipped after the end of the promotion, Apple offers an additional fifteen (15) day grace period for postmark of the claim provided that you submit proof of order acknowledgement demonstrating that you placed the order during the promotion period.
If the extended ship date falls outside the 15-day grace period, the rebate will be honored if you provide proof that the order was placed during the promotional period and you submit your claim within 30 days of the ship date.
If my products are on the same sales order but are shipped on different dates with two separate receipts, will I still qualify?Yes. If multiple receipts have the same sales or web order number, they satisfy the same-day and same-receipt requirement. You must submit copies of both receipts.
If my CPU order ships prior to the promotion start date but I receive it within the promotional period, will I qualify for the rebate? No, if your computer was shipped and invoiced, it was sold to you prior to the promotional period and does not qualify for the offer.
If my CPU order ships prior to the promotion start date, can I return it and reorder in order to take advantage of the promotion?Product returns are governed by the sales policy for RMA returns or by the policies of the participating Apple Reseller. See Apple’s sales policies for more information.
If you place a new order, eligibility is determined by the Terms and Conditions of the offer.
