Can you use a PowerPoint from a pc on a Mac? I do trainings and can use my presentations as they are. I do not want to start over if I get a Mac.

Yes, you can. Either via the Mac version of Office (Office for Mac 2011) or by running Windows on your Mac and using the Windows version of Office.
I use multiple MacBook Pro/Air laptops with Parallels Desktop for Mac (v5 - v7) and run Windows as a virtual machine. Very fast, very stable, and better than the Windows version of Office is (sorry to say) superior to the Mac version.
Best of both worlds to use this method, as you can present from PowerPoint under the Windows VM and use Spaces to slide over to a running Keynote presentation. And back and forth.
