What does my order status message mean?
Your order is awaiting process completion of the payment method you have chosen.
Part of your order has left our warehouse. We often send orders in multiple shipments so that you'll have your products as quickly as possible. The rest of your order will ship as soon as it's ready.
We've shipped your order to you. If you haven't received it yet, you can track your shipment from the order status page. If you need to return your order after you receive it, please follow the simple return instructions or contact Apple Store Customer Service.
We're having trouble processing your order because it is missing important information. Please contact us to provide the necessary information and complete the order.
All the items in your order have been fulfilled. If you haven't received your order yet, you can track your status on the Order Status website. Your order has been cancelled. We invite you to place a new order at Apple Store Online or call Apple Store Customer Service.
In addition to email notifications, you can request text messages updates in Checkout. We'll text you when your items have shipped. Texts are sent between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. in your time zone.
To stop receiving text notifications, simply reply STOP to the text message.
