Where is my order?
You can view the status of your order on the Order History page. You will need to sign in with your Apple ID and password.
I only got some of my items. Where is the rest of my order?
To avoid damage during shipping, your order may be sent in multiple packages, depending on the size and quantity of items ordered. If your complete order has not arrived within the given time frame for the shipping method you selected, please email us using the form below.
Why doesn't my tracking number work?
You may receive a "Not Found" or "Package Data Transmitted" message when tracking your order. Please be patient, as the shipment data may not have been entered into the carrier's system yet. Please wait 24 hours, and then recheck the status. If your tracking number still isn't working, please email us using the form below.
Why was my order cancelled?
On rare occasions, Apple may cancel your order to comply with its terms of use, or for quality reasons. In the event that your order is cancelled, Apple will send a cancellation notification indicating the reason for cancellation, as well as any available recommendations for successfully reordering, to the email address designated in your Apple ID account. If you did not receive the cancellation notice, please email us using the form below, and visit My Info to make sure the email address associated with your Apple ID account is correct.
