1. How do I obtain service for my Nike + iPod receiver or sensor?
Our Nike + iPod support site has troubleshooting articles to help you solve your Nike + iPod issue. If you have reviewed those articles and still need help, you can contact your local Apple Authorised Service Provider or Apple. Note: There may be a fee for diagnostic service.

2. How long is my Nike + iPod receiver or sensor covered by Apple's warranty?
Your Nike + iPod receiver and sensor are covered for one year by Apple's One-Year Limited Warranty. Warranty service for eligible repairs is available at no charge for 12 months from the date of original retail purchase.

3. How can I tell if my Nike + iPod receiver is in warranty?
The Apple Support site's Warranty check tool does not provide warranty status information for the Nike + iPod sensor. If you purchased the Nike + iPod sensor as a standalone or replacement item, Apple may need to examine your proof of purchase document to verify your sensor's warranty status. Please keep your sales receipt in a safe place. You may need it for warranty validation.

4. How long will the Nike + iPod receiver or sensor service take?
Contact your Apple Authorised Service Provider for details.

5. Can I extend the service coverage on my Nike + iPod receiver or sensor beyond the warranty period?
At this time, Apple does not offer an extended support agreement for the Nike + iPod receiver or sensor.

6. My Nike + iPod receiver or sensor warranty has expired. What are my service options?
Out-of-warranty service may be available through an Apple Authorised Service Provider. Prices and terms may vary.

Note: You should upload your workout data to nikeplus.com prior to bringing the sensor unit in for service.

7. What type of damages are not covered by my warranty?
Apple's One-Year Limited Warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from accident, unauthorized service, and unauthorized modifications. Please review the warranty for further details.

Apple reserves the right to refuse service on Nike + iPod receivers or sensors that are inside their warranty if damage has occurred due to accident, abuse, or misuse. See Apple's Repair Terms and Conditions for details.

8. Does the Apple warranty cover my Nike + iPod receiver or sensor service?
If defects arise as a result of service, Apple will cover the defects for the remaining term of the iPad warranty or 90 days after iPad service, whichever provides longer coverage for you.
