GENERAL TERMS

1-Click ®

1-Click is a registered service mark of Amazon.com, Inc., used under license. 1-Click is a convenient feature that allows you to purchase from Apple with a single click of your mouse. You must have a valid Apple account to activate 1-Click features. You can activate 1-Click features once you’ve signed in to your Apple account. Once you have activated 1-Click features, simply select the products you wish to purchase and click the “Buy with 1-Click” button. By activating 1-Click, you agree with Apple’s Sales Policy.

NOTIFICATIONS

Apple will send a confirmation of your order by email when your order is placed. The confirmation will include all product pricing, applicable taxes, and shipping charges as shown on your order prior to submission. Once the order has shipped, a shipment notice that is also your invoice will be sent via email. Be sure to print or save your email shipment notification/invoice for your records.

PRODUCT SHIPMENT

Apple makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated lead times provided at the time you place your order. During peak periods surrounding holidays, there may be an additional 3-5 days needed to process orders due to volume increases. If your shipment takes longer than originally estimated, we will let you know via email and we will make every effort to complete your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, a shipment notification/invoice will be sent via email. We encourage you to print or save a copy of the shipment notice when received.

Lead times are represented as business days (Monday thru Friday) and exclude major holidays. We encourage you to visit our web site at: http://www.apple.com/internetservices/yourorderstatus for the latest status of your order.

CANCELLATIONS

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once submitted, our automated processing will send your order into production after 90 minutes and we will be unable to make changes or cancel your order. Within this 90-minute period, you may cancel your order my visiting our online order status tool at: http://www.apple.com/internetservices/yourorderstatus/

We collect personal information (“Personal Information”) for the purpose of fulfilling your request or to provide you with our products, services and related information.
