Searching Notes

You can search the text of notes.

Notes search screen. At the center top is the title, "Notes," and in the upper-right corner is a button with the plus sign. Below the title bar is the search text field. Beneath that, is a list of notes, with the title on the left, and the date and right arrow on the right. The onscreen keyboard takes up the lower portion of the screen.

Search for notes: 

  1. Drag the note list down or tap the status bar to expose the search window.

  2. Enter text in the search field.

    Search results appear automatically as you type. Tap Search to dismiss the keyboard and see more of the results.
