Find your favorite Nike + iPod compatible cardio machine. Then connect your iPod nano to the built-in 30-pin connector.
Tip: Check for software updates in iTunes to make sure you have the latest version.
Set.
Browse your music library and choose the playlist that will get and keep you going. Your iPod battery even charges while connected, so your power songs always have power.
Go.
Start pedaling, climbing, or stepping. Your pace, distance, time, and calories burned are recorded as you go. When you’re done, you’ll see a summary of your workout. And it’s all saved on your iPod nano.
Sync.
When you’re back from the gym, connect your iPod nano to your computer. iTunes syncs your workout data to nikeplus.com. Every workout and every run is there, ready for you to review. Learn more about sync
