Is my Apple ID the same as my email address?
Your Apple ID account name can be the same as your email address, but it doesn't have to be. To change your email address without changing your account name, visit My Info, Apple's profile management tool.
Even if your email address changes, you can continue to use the same Apple ID account name. Just be sure to update the email address that is associated with your account. To change your email address without changing your account name, visit My Info, Apple's profile management tool.

If you have forgotten your password, please use Apple's password recovery tool, iForgot, to recover your password. Due to privacy concerns, Photo Services Support cannot change your password for you.
How do I change my shipping address?
It's easy to update your shipping information in iPhoto or Aperture. However, due to the highly-automated printing processes that Apple Photo Services uses, it is not possible to change an order once it is placed. There is a 90-minute window once you have placed an order during which it can be cancelled.
Orders can only be cancelled on the Apple Photo Services Order History page, not through an email request.
Apple ID accounts can't be canceled, but if you no longer want to make photo purchases, you can simply disable 1-Click purchasing in iPhoto or Aperture.
