We wanted to let you know that we are currently looking into an issue which began on approximately 5/21/10, wherein reports using LinkShare's Signature Tracking's U1 system (learn more about Signature Tracking) are having values being dropped from certain transactions. Please note that all sales and clicks are being properly tracked, and only the U1 values are intermittently being dropped.

We are actively investigating the cause as well as the solution and hope to have it quickly fixed.
