We would like to inform you about recent changes in the iTunes and App Store affiliate program terms and conditions. A few of the changes are highlighted below:

• More information for App developers who use the affiliate program.
• More Information on the guidelines for proper use of the iTunes and App Store affiliate badges.
• New information about the use of promotional content (song previews, album art, app icons, etc) and the use of the advanced affiliate tools (Search API and Enterprise Partner Feed).
• Ban of scraping the store for data and links. Affiliates must use the tools we provide for creating links.
• Ban on any type of fraudulent links, for example cookie stuffing.
